Rumors of women’s hair cutting in India This time a rumor is moving around India that hair of women cutting by unknown. First a matter came from Punjab. This was first time so people have not taken it seriously. After this there are more than five cases registered in police stations. In Delhi also it happened after 2 days. There were 3 women reported about this matter. After this, in five states are under of this rumor. Reasons behind this It is not clear this time that what happening with the women’s hair. Because no one able to see anyone to cut. Some people are assuming that any “evil “soul is wondering. This type of perception is to strong in rural areas.
